Biography
Dr. Osgood is an Associate Research Scientist at the International Research Institute for Climate Prediction (IRI) at Columbia University. He received his Ph.D. in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of California at Berkeley. Prior to joining IRI, Dan Osgood held an appointment as Assistant Professor and Extension Specialist at the University of Arizona. His research focuses on economic modeling and climate risk.
